How do I create an account?

Register an account by visiting our website or the controlpanel on your web browser.

How do I activate my account?

After registering an account you will receive an e-mail that will request you to confirm your registration. Make sure the email has not landed in your spam folder.

How do I reset my password?

Log into DiviD from your web browser and click on the top right menu. Then choose ‘Settings’ to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, go to the control panel and click on ‘Forgot password’. After you receive a password reset email from DiviD, you can then create a new password. If you do not receive the email within several minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still have an issue please mail support@dividapp.com.

How do I renew my account?

Log into the control panel on your web browser and click on the top right menu. Then click on ‘Renew’.

Which payment methods support DiviD?

DiviD makes it extremely easy for you to pay by using iDeal. If you wish to pay any other way just send us a mail and we will make it happen.

How do I change my account from Premium to Standard?

You may change your account from Premium to Standard only after your Premium subscription has expired.

I still have a valid Standard account but need a Premium account. How do i change it?

Wait until your Standard account has expired. Then just upgrade to Premium.

Will I be sent an invoice with VAT?

Yes, after every payment transaction with DiviD you always receive an email confirmation with your payment details. This is your invoice. Simple and easy.

How can I see the expiration date on my account?

In the app you can find the expiration date in the top right menu. In your web browser you can find the expiration date by clicking on the top right hand corner and then by choosing ‘Settings’.
