What is an issue?

An issue or an inspection point is a task that is assigned to a project or a project member.

How do I create an issue?

Just tap the location on the sheet with your finger. This also creates a log where you can enter other relevant information such as photos or due dates. Don’t forget to hit the ‘Save’ button in the top right hand corner when you are done.

How do I know if an issue is assigned to me?

Issues that are fully coloured, are assigned to you.

White issues are issues assigned to other team members.

How do I modify an issue?

The order of an issue may not be modified. Once you have created an issue and entered relevant information about the issue, it is not possible to change it. You are able to adjust the status of the issue by, for example, creating a new photo, updating the description and/or changing the issue’s status.

The order of an issue may not be deleted. Once you have created an issue and entered relevant information about the issue, it is not possible to delete it. You are able to adjust the status of the issue by, for example, creating a new photo, updating the description and/or changing the issues status to ‘Completed’.

What is a status of an issue?

The status of an issue indicates how far along the life of the issue is at:

  • Open – indicates that the issue has been created
  • In Progress – indicates that the assignee is busy with the issue
  • Completed – indicates that the assignee has completed the issue and that the issue is ready for approval from the project administrator
  • Approved – indicates that the project administrator has inspected the issue and accepted the result

What is a ‘Due date’ of an issue?

The ‘Due date’ indicates the deadline for the issue to have attained the ‘Completed’ status.

What is an ‘Assignee’ for an inspection point?

An assignee is the person responsible for handling the issue and delivering it back to the project administrator. This person will receive all relevant information of the issue in the app.
