Create a digital logbook

You can link photos, work orders, materials and more to inspection items. Assign these to team members so they are immediately aware of your changes. Are you finished with the job? Then update the status to complete.

Communicate in real-time

The DiviD app supports push notifications. This keeps you informed immediately. For example, when tasks are assigned to you or when the status changes. Do you prefer to receive emails? That's also possible.

Manage projects with the back-office environment: the DiviD Control Panel. Here you can create projects, invite team members and run reports. The Control Panel works in all modern browsers and can be used anywhere.

Create PDF or Excel® reports of your project. You can apply filters, for example on the status of an inspection point or a particular construction drawing. You can also upload your own logo and use it in the PDF report. The report allows you to comply with the Wkb.

As a project administrator, you can add or import (CSV) materials and work instructions to your project. Team members can link these items to inspection items in the app. You can also upload attachments (PDF, Excel®, URL). These are visible to all team members. You can also link an attachment to an inspection item.

Voldoe aan de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen (Wkb)

De overheid wil meer toezicht en controle in de bouw zodat bouwers zich aan de geldende kwaliteitseisen houden. Daarom gaat per 1 januari 2024 de wet stapsgewijs in.

Gebruik DiviD om te voldoen aan de Wkb, om uw werkprocessen te digitaliseren en uw medewerkers bekend te maken met deze nieuwe werkwijze.
