How do I install DiviD on my smartphone or tablet?

The app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play. After you have installed the app, you can create a free account in the app through ‘Register’.

Which operating systems does DiviD use?

DiviD is built for iOS and Android. You can use the app on iPad, iPhone, Samsung, Sony, Asus and Nexus.

How do I download a project?

In the dashboard of the app you will find a list of ‘Available projects’ and ‘Accepted projects’. Click on the first project you want to download and DiviD will add it to your list of projects on your device.

Why can’t I accept or download projects?

It could be that your device has no web connection. Make sure you have an active data connection (such as WiFi or 4G) to enable your device to retrieve your projects from the cloud. Only once your device is connected to the cloud will it update the most recent data from your projects onto your device.

How do I delete a project on my device?

Remove the project from your device by swiping the project to the left and then pressing ‘Delete’.

Why can’t I delete project’s from my device?

You may have made changes or added info to the project while offline. Ensure you have an active data connection (such as WiFi or 4G) so all changes can be stored online. What does that zig-zag arrow mean on my project button?

The zig-zag arrow means that the project has been deleted, temporarily closed, or that your access to the project has been denied by the project administrator. You can no longer make changes in this project. To free memory space, you can remove this project from your device. You will not see the project afterwards.
